2026 Southern Precision Outdoors Night Time Tournament
Official Rules and Regulations

- Tournament Schedule and Location
• Competition Start: Friday, January 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM (Virtual Start)
The tournament will officially begin immediately following the rules briefing conducted via Facebook Live.
• Final Check-In / Weigh-In: Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-In Location: Dublin, Georgia
• Late Check-Ins: Late check-ins will not be accepted for any reason. Failure to check in by the designated time will result in disqualification.

- Team Composition
• Teams may consist of one (1) to three (3) hunters.
• All team members must hunt together at all times.
• Teams may not split up at any point during the competition.
• Team members must remain the same from start to finish.
• No substitutions are permitted once the tournament has begun.
Southern Precision Outdoors is assisting as a host only and will not participate in hunting or competition activities.

- Tournament Categories
Teams may enter one, multiple, or all of the following categories:
• Heaviest Hog
• Heaviest Bobcat
• Heaviest Coyote
• Most Coyotes
Each category is judged independently.

- Hunting Area and Legal Compliance
• This is a virtual start tournament.
• Teams may hunt their own ground in any state.
• All participants are required to follow all applicable state and local hunting regulations for the state in which they are hunting.
• Regardless of hunting location, all teams must check in in person in Dublin, Georgia by the stated deadline.

- Prohibited Methods and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification:
• Use of dogs for any species, including hog-dogging
• Trapped or snared animals
• Pen-raised animals
• Dead piles or bait piles
• Road-killed animals
• Shooting from inside any vehicle
• Shooting from trucks, side-by-sides, ATVs, or similar vehicles
• Running animals down with vehicles of any kind
No exceptions will be made.

- Species-Specific Rules
Coyotes
• Coyotes must be called in only.
• No baiting, trapping, dogs, or vehicle-assisted harvest methods are permitted.
• All harvested coyotes are subject to inspection and verification.
• For the Most Coyotes category, ties will be determined by check-in time, with the earliest check-in placing higher.
Bobcats
• Bobcats must be legally harvested in accordance with the regulations of the state where taken.
• No bait piles, traps, or dogs are permitted.
Hogs
• Hogs must be legally harvested.
• No trapped hogs and no use of dogs is permitted.

- Video and Harvest Verification (Coyotes)
• Every coyote harvested must be video recorded.
• Each video must clearly show:
• The harvested coyote
• The faces of all team members
• Teams are required to use zip ties to secure the mouth of each coyote.
• Specific zip-tie placement and kill verification procedures will be explained during the official Facebook Live rules briefing.
• Failure to follow video or verification requirements may result in disqualification.

- Entry Fees and Payout Structure
Category Entry Fees
• Heaviest Hog: $100 per team – Winner Take All
• Heaviest Bobcat: $100 per team – Winner Take All
• Heaviest Coyote: $50 per team – Winner Take All
Most Coyotes Category
• $250 per team
• 1st Place: 60% of the pot
• 2nd Place: 30% of the pot
• 3rd Place: 10% of the pot
Entry Fee Terms
• All entry fees include applicable sales tax and payment processing fees.
• All payouts are based on the total collected entry fees.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason once the tournament has begun.

- Registration
• Registration is online only.
• Registration must be completed prior to the tournament start.
• No on-site registration will be available.
• No late entries will be accepted.

- Conduct, Enforcement, and Final Authority
• All harvests are subject to inspection.
• Any attempt to cheat, falsify kills, pool animals, or violate tournament rules will result in immediate disqualification.
• Tournament officials reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.
• All decisions made by tournament officials are final and binding.

By entering the 2026 Southern Precision Outdoors Night Time Tournament, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by all rules and regulations contained in this document.
