AGM Rattler V3 LRF 50-640 Thermal Scope

The AGM Rattler V3 LRF 50-640 represents the most significant advancement yet in the highly respected Rattler thermal scope lineup. Designed for serious night hunters and long-range shooters, this upgraded model features a highly sensitive 640×512, 12μm thermal sensor, industry-leading <15mK NETD, and a 2560×2560 OLED display — providing unmatched image sharpness, clarity, and contrast in any environment.

The integrated in-lens laser rangefinder delivers real-time ranging data up to 1,000 yards, without increasing the unit’s footprint. A built-in ballistic calculator provides accurate holdover information, making this scope ideal for precision coyote and hog hunting at extended distances.

Major upgrades from the V2 model include a boosted 3.5x base magnification, redesigned interface, and Image Boost 2.0, which enhances edge definition and image clarity across its full 3.5× to 28.0× zoom range. With a tested detection range of up to 2.2 miles, this scope offers long-range performance that rivals much higher-priced optics.

The shutterless NUC (non-uniformity correction) system eliminates image freeze during calibration, allowing for uninterrupted viewing and a smoother, more responsive hunting experience. Users can also toggle between rectangular or semi-circular display formats, a first for the Rattler series.

Video recording with audio, 64GB of built-in EMMC storage, Shot Activated Recording (SAR), and Wi-Fi streaming come standard. The scope supports live viewing, photo transfer, and settings adjustments via the AGM Connect App. With new red and green monochrome color palette options, hunters can adapt visuals for comfort and clarity in different lighting conditions.

Power is handled by a removable rechargeable battery offering 5.5+ hours of runtime, or via an external USB-C power source for longer operations. The rugged magnesium alloy body is IP67-rated waterproof, shockproof, and recoil-resistant up to 1000g/0.4ms.
