GUIDE TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 Thermal Rifle Scope
The GUIDE TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 is a premium 640-resolution thermal rifle scope built for serious hog and predator hunters who demand outstanding image quality, long-range capability, accurate rangefinding, and reliable all-night performance.
At the heart of the TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 is a highly sensitive 640×512, 12-micron thermal sensor paired with a fast 50mm F0.9 germanium objective lens. This combination delivers detailed thermal imagery, strong target definition, and a maximum detection range of up to 2,800 yards.
With a native magnification of 3.7×, the TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 is especially well suited for mid- to long-range hunting across open fields, agricultural ground, large pastures, and other environments where additional identification and shooting range are important.
Advanced 640 Thermal Imaging
The TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 uses an uncooled VOx thermal detector with a resolution of 640×512, a 12μm pixel pitch, and an impressive 18mK NETD thermal sensitivity.
A lower NETD rating allows the optic to distinguish smaller temperature differences between an animal and the surrounding environment. This helps produce greater detail and improved contrast during difficult conditions such as high humidity, fog, light rain, or mild temperatures.
Its 50Hz frame rate maintains a smooth image while scanning, tracking moving animals, and transitioning between multiple targets.
Hyper-Light Image Processing
GUIDE’s next-generation Hyper-Light Algorithm works with the high-sensitivity thermal sensor to optimize the image displayed through the scope.
The advanced image-processing system is designed to deliver:
- Improved overall image clarity
- Reduced background noise
- Enhanced thermal contrast
- Greater fine-detail resolution
- More clearly defined animals and terrain
The result is a cleaner, more refined thermal image across the scope’s magnification range.
Integrated In-Lens Laser Rangefinder
The TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 features a high-precision laser rangefinder integrated directly into the objective lens assembly.
Positioning the rangefinder closer to the optic’s optical axis minimizes baseline distance and helps reduce parallax-related ranging error. This allows the scope to deliver more precise distance measurements while maintaining a compact and streamlined design.
The integrated LRF is capable of measuring distances up to 1,630 yards, giving hunters fast and dependable range information in complete darkness.
Accurately determining distance is especially valuable when hunting open fields or unfamiliar terrain where estimating range through thermal imaging alone can be difficult.
Shutterless 3.0 Technology
Traditional thermal optics periodically use an internal shutter to recalibrate the image. This process can create an audible clicking sound and cause the image to temporarily freeze.
The TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 uses GUIDE’s advanced Shutterless 3.0 technology, eliminating both the calibration click and momentary image interruption.
This provides a smooth, continuous viewing experience while scanning, tracking animals, or preparing to take a shot. Hunters remain visually connected to the target without losing the image during calibration.
50mm F0.9 Germanium Lens
The fast 50mm F0.9 objective lens collects a high amount of infrared energy and is optimized for detailed thermal performance at extended distances.
The TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 provides:
- 3.7× native magnification
- Digital magnification up to 29.6×
- 8.8° × 7.0° field of view
- 15 × 12-meter field of view at 100 meters
- Detection range up to 2,800 yards
- Manual focus adjustment
This optical configuration gives hunters excellent reach while retaining enough field of view to scan effectively and make follow-up shots on moving animals or groups of hogs.
Ultra-Wide AMOLED Display
The TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 is equipped with an ultra-wide 1.03-inch AMOLED display featuring an impressive 2560×2560 resolution.
The large, high-resolution display provides an immersive sight picture and allows the user to see more of the detail captured by the 640 thermal sensor.
The eyepiece also includes:
- 60mm eye relief
- -5 to +5 diopter adjustment
- 7.8× eyepiece zoom
Seven thermal color palettes allow the image to be customized for different environments and viewing preferences:
- White Hot
- Black Hot
- Red Hot
- Green Hot
- Iron Red
- Blue Hot
- Sepia
Refined Controls and Ergonomics
The controls of the TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 were refined through field testing and hunter feedback.
The focus wheel, zoom lever, and button layout are designed for intuitive operation in complete darkness. The ergonomic layout makes it easier to focus the image, adjust magnification, and access essential functions without taking attention away from the target.
Its standard 30mm tube design provides the look, feel, and mounting position of a traditional daytime rifle scope.
Extended 14-Hour Battery System
The TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 uses a three-battery system consisting of:
- Two built-in rechargeable 18650 batteries
- One removable external 18650 battery
Together, the battery system provides up to 14 hours of operating time, giving hunters the ability to stay in the field through long nights without relying heavily on an external power pack.
The built-in batteries recharge through the scope’s USB-C connection, while the external 18650 battery can be replaced in the field when needed.
Onboard Recording with Audio
The TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 allows users to capture photos and thermal video directly through the optic.
An integrated microphone records audio along with the footage, while the generous 256GB internal memory provides substantial storage capacity for hunts, testing, and field footage.
The scope also includes:
- 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
- 5GHz Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth connectivity
- USB-C charging and data connection
Built for Demanding Field Conditions
The TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 is designed to withstand the recoil, weather, and rough handling associated with serious nighttime hunting.
It features an IP68 protection rating, making it resistant to water and dust, and is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 122°F.
The optic is also rated for:
- Recoil up to .300 Win. Mag.
- 6,000 joules of shock resistance
- 1,200G shock resistance
This rugged construction makes the TU650 LRF PRO 3.0 suitable for use in wet fields, dusty agricultural environments, freezing temperatures, and demanding hunting conditions.
