Premium 35mm 640 Thermal Image

The RICO 3 H35R is equipped with a high-resolution 640×512 NOCPIX thermal sensor, 12 μm pixel pitch, 60 Hz refresh rate, and thermal sensitivity rated at ≤15 mK. This combination produces a smooth, detailed thermal image with excellent target separation.

During our testing, the H35R produced one of the best images we have seen from a 35mm 640 thermal scope. Animals remain sharp and easy to distinguish while the wider view makes it easier to scan, locate moving targets, and maintain awareness of what is happening around them.

Reality+ image processing enhances image clarity and contrast, while Ultra-Clear mode can help reveal additional detail during rain, fog, humidity, and other low-contrast conditions.

Wide Field of View for Tighter Hunting Areas

The H35R’s 35mm F/1.0 objective lens and 2X base magnification provide a wide 12.6° × 10.1° field of view. This makes the H35R easier to use when animals appear close, move quickly, or travel in groups.

The wider view is particularly valuable when hunting:

• Hogs in fields surrounded by cover
• Multiple hogs moving through a sounder
• Coyotes inside tighter calling areas
• Wood lines, pastures, and smaller crop fields

The H35R begins at 2X native magnification and offers up to 8X digital zoom, producing a total magnification range of up to 16X. This gives hunters enough magnification for longer shots while preserving a wider and more forgiving base view.

Fast 1,600-Yard Laser Rangefinder

One of the most significant improvements to the RICO 3 series is its upgraded laser rangefinder module. The integrated LRF can measure targets out to 1,600 yards with ±1-yard accuracy, depending on the target and environmental conditions.

During field testing, the new rangefinder responded quickly, produced accurate readings, and worked extremely well. It is a noticeable improvement over the LRF system used in the previous RICO generation.

The rangefinder supports two operating modes:

• Single ranging measures the distance to a selected target and works with the onboard ballistic calculator.
• Continuous ranging automatically refreshes the displayed distance as an animal moves.

This allows hunters to range an animal without reaching for a separate handheld device or taking their eyes away from the scope.

Integrated Ballistic Calculator

The H35R combines its laser rangefinder with a customizable onboard ballistic calculator. Hunters can enter rifle, ammunition, and environmental data to calculate the necessary aiming correction after ranging the target.

Ballistic corrections can be displayed in MOA, MIL, centimeters, or inches. The scope can display a secondary aiming point or automatically move the original reticle to the calculated point of aim.

The H35R supports up to eight zeroing profiles, allowing it to be configured for different rifles, ammunition loads, or zero distances.

Up to 10 Hours of Battery Life

The redesigned NBP-8 rechargeable battery system provides up to 10 hours of operating time per battery under normal conditions. It can also deliver approximately seven hours of runtime in temperatures as low as -4°F.

Two removable NBP-8 batteries are included, allowing hunters to quickly swap batteries and continue hunting. The scope also supports USB-C external power and includes a convenient magnetic charging connection.

An automatic standby function helps conserve power by putting the scope to sleep when the rifle is lowered and waking it when the rifle is raised.

High-Resolution Circular AMOLED Display

The NOCPIX RICO 3 H35R uses a large-format 1.03-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560×2560. The circular display produces an immersive, traditional riflescope-style viewing experience with excellent contrast and detail.

Seven thermal color palettes are available:

The H35R includes 64GB of internal storage for capturing thermal images and recording videos. Recoil-activated video automatically saves footage when a shot is detected, recording the moments before and after the shot.

Built-in Wi-Fi allows the H35R to connect to the NOCPIX mobile app. Through the app, users can:
