Return, Refund & Trade-In Policy

At Southern Precision Outdoors, we do business the right way — with transparency, fairness, and good Southern values. Whether you’re purchasing new gear or upgrading through our trade-in program, this policy outlines what you can expect regarding returns, cancellations, trades, and refunds.


All Trades Are Final

All trade-in transactions are final and non-reversible. This includes trades involving store credit, upgrades, or exchanges for new or used optics.

Once a trade has been processed, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or reversed for any reason. We strongly encourage customers to confirm all trade-in values and product details prior to finalizing the transaction.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.

  • After 24 hours and before shipping, cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing and administrative costs.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded, and standard return policies will apply.


Return Policy – Products Purchased Through Southern Precision Outdoors

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items with manufacturer defects only.
If a return is approved, we will issue store credit or a replacement — no cash refunds.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products acquired through a trade-in or trade-up program

  • Opened items or items with removed tags

  • Any item showing signs of use, wear, abuse, or modification

  • Accessories and consumables (batteries, mounts, etc.)

  • Demo or discounted units (final sale)

All returned products will be subject to inspection and verification. Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns not related to a verified manufacturer defect will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover:

  • Credit card processing costs

  • Outbound shipping

  • Shipping insurance and handling

This fee is automatically deducted from the refunded store credit.


Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (including order cancellations) typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Once a refund is issued on our end, it is immediately transmitted to the payment processor and your financial institution.
Southern Precision Outdoors does not control bank processing times.


Manufacturer Return & Warranty Policies

Southern Precision Outdoors is an authorized dealer for brands such as:

  • AGM Global Vision

  • InfiRay Outdoor / IRayUSA

  • DNT Optics

  • Pulsar

  • NocPix

  • Rix Optics

Each manufacturer may offer their own return, repair, and warranty procedures. We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for:

  • Defective units

  • Warranty replacements

  • Product malfunctions outside of our 30-day window

We are happy to assist you with the process once you’ve initiated contact with the brand.
